1General Terms & Conditions

2Account Registration & Verification

• Each person may only register one account.

• Registering with false information will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000.

• For any suspicious transactions, 365bd may place a hold on withdrawals pending verification.

4Betting Rules

All bets on 365bd are accepted subject to the following rules. Once a bet has been placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled — so please review your bet carefully before confirming.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue, 365bd reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change; the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• Where match-fixing is clearly evidenced, any associated winnings will be voided.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) may result in bonus cancellation and account restrictions.

5Bonus & Voucher Terms

365bd regularly offers bonuses and vouchers, each with its own terms. The general rules are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per person.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• Each voucher can only be used once. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds count as real money, but can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• 365bd may modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — all balances will be forfeited.

6Responsible Gaming

365bd believes betting is entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Set your own deposit limits at any time — daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Use self-exclusion to temporarily suspend your own account.
• If you feel you are losing control of your gaming, contact our support team immediately.

8Account Suspension & Closure Policy

• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• If found to be linked to money laundering or any illegal activity.
• KYC verification has not been completed.

9Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 365bd, the following process must be followed:

• We will provide an initial response within 72 hours of receiving your complaint.
• Complex cases may take up to 14 business days to resolve.
• 365bd's decision shall be considered final and binding.

10Right to Amend Terms
